Homeward Bound

Thursday morning we were released from the hospital and started our trip home and the journey of a lifetime. Once we arrived safely at home Miss Ava was greeted by the kings of the jungle. With uncertainty the cat’s continued to observe from afar not sure what to think of this new addition.

Michelle’s mom is staying with us for a few days visiting her new grandbaby and helping around the house, cooking those amazing meals and giving us the breaks to catch up on our sleep.

The first two nights' home haven't been too bad. Ava’s eating on a fairly regular basis with a few fits during the night that take a bit of coaxing to get her back to sleep.

We’ve had a few visitors Michelle’s sister and her two boys with Michelle’s parents.
